Celebrating 5 years of building diverse tech teams, Team Ellevate is funding one complete Software & AI Engineering scholarship for a young woman in Uganda.

Together, we can change that. Groundbreaker Talents removes every barrier to tech education through 12-month residential training on our campus in Bukerere, Uganda—equipping young women with the skills to launch future-proof careers.
No barriers—this covers 100% of what a young woman needs to study, live, and launch a tech career.
When housing, meals, equipment, and internet are covered, students can fully focus on learning — regardless of their background.
Our graduates start with zero tech experience and finish job-ready, achieving a 98% employment rate and 25x income increase that breaks the cycle of poverty.
