Positive Examples of Women already thriving through the program

Testimonial Grace Babirye

“I feel very fulfilled in my current job because of the impact Refactory has had on me. At the end of the program, I was able to get a job as an entry-level professional at a powerful software company in Uganda, where I still work today. Refactory has given me skills that I needed to succeed in the job world and didn’t get at university. Now I can develop something that customers actually need.“

Natasha Tindyebwa

This scholarship program is more than an opportunity; it’s a bridge from my past to a future that I am crafting with my own hands. Just as I’ve learned to code in JavaScript over the past month, I’m now coding a new destiny for myself, rewriting the narrative of my life to be a breadwinner in my family.
