„Why Settle With Flowers When You Can Instead Bloom With Equal Opportunities?“
Let’s use today to not only acknowledge and celebrate the incredible achievements of women worldwide but also confront us with facts that make it very clear that we still have a long way to go:
👉 Only 25% of C-level leaders are women, from which 5% represent racial minority females
👉 Black women represent 3% of the total women working in tech
👉 73% of women have experienced gender bias in 2023
👉 Over the last two years, the percentage of women in tech has decreased
Together, let’s build a world where women’s voices are heard, their talents are recognized, and their potential is unleashed.
Let’s continue to break the bias!

Renata Díaz, Project Manager:
“International Women’s Day is a day of unity and accompaniment in the face of the injustices that pierce through us, the violence that affects us, and the community pains that distress us. But it is also a time for reflection on the turning points of diversity and representation in the struggle against gender violence and inequality. No woman left behind!”

Matildah Nakanwagi, Operations Manager at GB Talents:
“My message to every woman on this special day is to use your time here to the best of your abilities for the sake of the women who will come after us. When we find the best in ourselves, we can go out and inspire others to be their best. Keep your candles burning, and let your fire ignite others around you.”

“Today, let’s celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere. Let’s honor the past, empower the present, and pave the way for a future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive. Why settle with flowers when you can instead bloom with equal opportunities?”
