The Program

Our Programs

Talent Recruitment

We recruit high-potential, driven young African women from financially disadvantaged backgrounds across the continent who hold a high school diploma and are passionate about building successful careers in tech.

Residential Scholarship Allocation

Successful candidates will receive a full scholarship for the duration of their studies at our all-female residential campus in Uganda, enabling them to focus entirely on their professional training.

Training & Professional Development

Students participate in a competitive 12-month software engineering & AI training program or pursue a 2.5-year BBA with a specialization in AI from a U.S. university. Additionally, they undergo essential soft skills development.

Mentorship Program

The fully remote program connects experienced tech professionals with our talents. Mentees receive expert guidance and gain industry exposure, while mentors enhance their leadership abilities and expand their networks.

Work Readiness & Career Support

The program helps women secure employment in the international tech industry after graduation by offering job placement services and continued support for career development.
