The Groundbreaker Talents Residential Campus is an integral part of our program. Located in Bukerere, Uganda, this scholarship-based residential facility provides a safe, full-focus learning environment that removes systemic barriers, enabling young Talents from all backgrounds to succeed in our tech training program.

Our residential model addresses the systemic challenges that disproportionately affect young women: unstable housing, long commutes, unreliable infrastructure, and competing care responsibilities. By living and learning together, Talents gain the consistency, focus, and momentum required to complete training and launch lasting tech careers—no prior experience needed.

Life On Campus

The campus is the full-time home for the scholars throughout their tech training. Through daily routines, shared moments and recreational time that make learning sustainable, focused, and connected.
