Mentoring Tomorrow’s Tech Leaders

The Groundbreaker Talents Mentorship Program connects global tech professionals with young African women participating in our full-time, residential tech training program in Uganda. Our talents undertake a one-year program in Software and AI Engineering or pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in AI.

The mentorship is fully remote–giving students practical skills, industry exposure, and personal guidance, while mentors sharpen their leadership and connect with emerging tech talent.

For companies, it’s a chance to foster diversity, support social equity, and strengthen ESG goals—while accessing a pipeline of future tech leaders.

Administrative costs are covered separately by a private donor, ensuring every contribution goes directly to program delivery.
