“Groundbreaker gave me the tools to build the future I once only dreamed of.”

Before this opportunity, I faced many challenges: limited internet access, no laptop, no mentorship, and few skills to compete in the job market. Now I have the tools to learn, the guidance of mentors, a supportive community and most importantly, a real chance to succeed.

More than just financial aid, this scholarship has been a powerful reminder that someone believes in my potential and that belief fuels me every day. I’m growing into the person I’ve always wanted to become. I am dreaming bigger, learning, evolving, and walking this path with confidence and purpose.

Today, I’m proud to be working as a Software Engineer at the Africa Centre for Applied Digital Health, applying what I’ve learned and continuing to grow every day. I will carry this experience with deep gratitude for the rest of my life.
