Groundbreaker × Turing College: New Software & AI Engineering Training Program

We’ve taken another big step toward preparing our Talents for future-proof careers in technology. Together with Turing College, we are proud to launch a brand-new Software & AI Engineering Certificate Program.

Turing College is recognized for its expertise in AI and data training, with a curriculum designed alongside industry leaders and continuously updated to meet the needs of the fast-changing tech world. Through this partnership, our scholars will gain hands-on experience with leading AI tools and finish the program with a real AI-powered product to showcase their skills.

A Supportive Learning Journey

Since many of our scholars begin with little or no technical background, this training track is designed to remain accessible and supportive from day one:

• Months 1–4: Foundational coding, problem-solving, and digital literacy with Refactory Academy.

• Months 5–12: Software & AI Engineering Certificate Program with Turing College, including real-world projects and 1:1 mentorship from industry experts.

Through our fully funded, residential scholarship model, we eliminate financial, logistical, and personal obstacles that would otherwise block access to such an intensive program.
