Sixteen more Groundbreaker Talents launched their tech careers in Uganda this summer and have since gained a firm foothold in the industry.

Our Cohort 3 Impact Report tracks their remarkable progress three months after completing their one-year Software Engineering Training at Groundbreaker and the results speak for themselves.

 

Cohort 3 Results: Breaking Barriers in Uganda’s Tech Industry

  • 89% graduation rate from our intensive software engineering program
  • 94% employment rate within three months of graduation
  • 23× average income increase compared to pre-program earnings
  • 100% employment in Uganda, working across ICT/Software & Web Development, AgriTech, public sector technology, and more
