Our Campus is Now 100% Solar-Powered
A Campus Built for the Future — Now 100% Solar-Powered
Reliable infrastructure makes access to tech careers possible.
At Groundbreaker Talents, our residential campus in Uganda is now fully powered by solar energy. Every line of code, every project, and every late-night study session runs on stable, reliable power.
This milestone was made possible through a grant from the Postcode Lottery, for which we are deeply grateful. The funding enabled us to install solar panels on our classroom buildings—a step we had been working toward for a long time.
A Step Towards a Fully Sustainable Campus
Our residential training model takes young women with no tech background to job-ready software engineers within a year.
This level of intensity requires an environment that works–consistently.
With a fully solar-powered campus, we now operate independently of grid instability. This creates the conditions needed for focused, full-time learning.
